**TO REGISTER: Please put your name on the waitlist, PAY straight away, then once I receive confirmation of your payment through the EOC, I'll add you to the list.** Please note that to get the discounted rate for the BBQ & game ticket, we NEED a minimum of 20 people so don't delay - please pay up ASAP!* Come celebrate the summer with a BBQ, an Edmonton Capitals baseball game, and after a free movie. We will begin with a pre-game BBQ then we’ll head to the stands to watch the Capitals battle Calgary's Vipers (game time is 7pm). Check out the Capitals website for more information about the team. For the BBQ portion of the evening, there will be a choice of either a hotdog or hamburger (veggie options are available - let me know) & unlimited side dishes: beans, corn on the cob, salad, popcorn, peanuts, plus pop. (There are also other options for the meal - chicken at $29.50 & steak at $33.60 - if you do want either option, please let me know & pay accordingly.) Also, for your information, as part of the team's promotional events, a movie screen will be set up after the game - your game ticket allows you to stay for the movie, if you wish.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:		Telus Field is located at 10233 - 96th Avenue, just north of the river and east of the Legislature. It is accessible by bus and only a short walk from several LRT stations. See ETS website for routes and schedules. Parking is available for a small fee. View Larger Map
Notes:
*If you will be arriving late (but still in time for the game), let me know in advance and I will arrange to leave your ticket at the pick up window.* - Registration is NOT COMPLETE until you've signed up and paid by the registration cut off date. The money must be in the EOC's possession by that date. No exceptions. - When a minimum group size appears, this is to let you know that the event will be cancelled with refunds to those who have already paid, if the minimum number of registered participants is not met. For any events where EOC needs a minimum number of participants, there will be absolutely no refunds of money if you cancel. - We encourage all members to follow our Etiquette Guidelines at all times while participating in EOC events. - Please scroll through and read the entire online waiver when you sign up. - Details of this event are subject to undergo a change at any point in time, with or without warning.
