Itinerary:
Meet at the parking lot of Gold Bar Park at 9:45 a.m. and leave at 10:00 a.m. sharp! This part of the River Valley Trail is a nice easy to moderate hike. We will begin at the Gold Bar and follow the path and cross the bridge over to Rundle Park, continue along the trails by the river to our destination Hermitage Park. In some places there are inclines, but this trail is mostly flat. This is a lovely hike along the north end of the River Valley Trail.

Dogs are permitted on this hike, please keep on a leash and ensure your 'buddy' will be able to do the trek -- don't forget to bring him/her water and snacks as well water and snacks for yourself.
