Itinerary:

Today we will be doing a loop of about 20 km. The pace will be moderate with required rest stops. Trail conditions vary from paved to single track.

Road bikers and beginner mountain bikers welcomed.

Please ensure your bike is good mechanical condition before the ride.

Refreshments to follow at Blues Java Bar, 5010 - 106 Avenue. Coffee, ice cream and light homemade lunches are served.
