There are 5-8 portages on the route, the longest is about 1.1 km around the 40 foot Nistowiak Falls. We will return on Sunday August 16th to Edmonton. This trip will be canoe route #2 of the Saskatchewan Government maintained routes.
This is wilderness camping, there are no established camp sites on the route and we will have to dig our own latrines, and do without picnic tables.
Anyone who wishes to attend is going to have to email me (Donna) with their previous camping and canoeing experience, before I will consider them for this trip.

Required Items to Bring:
canoe, paddles, life jackets, clothes, food, tents, stoves, the usual for 9 days in the wilderness.
