Itinerary:
Please meet at 8:50 AM for a prompt 9:00 AM departure. We will head south through Rundle Park and into Gold Bar Park. We will cross the river again at the Capilano Footbridge and head west to the Wayne Gretzky drive bridge. Once back on the south bank we will head east through Capilano park and then return to Hermitage park.This walk will be at a brisk pace.

Difficulty: the walk will be at a "moderate-brisk" pace (approx. 5.0 km/h) This urban hike will be about 16km. This hike is recommended for hikers planning to participate June 3rd on the 42km event.

Dogs are welcome on this hike; however they must be leashed other than in the off leash areas. If you are bringing your dog(s) please note this when you sign up for the event.

If hikers are interested we can go for a refreshment or lunch after the hike (optional)

- Weather appropriate clothing
- Comfortable, supportive hiking footwear with good traction

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Meet in the south parking lot of Hermitage Park. Keep right when entering the park to locate me. I will have my blue EOC hat hanging from my car antenna. br>

This walk will be at a brisk pace.
