EVEREST BASE CAMP TREK 2018: INFO SESSION

A potential group is forming to take on the trek up to Everest Base Camp in 2018. If you’re interested in learning more and might consider signing up as a participant please feel free to join us at The Almanac on Whyte Avenue to learn more about this adventure! We’ve got the private room in the back of the restaurant booked for the group.

The evening will be hosted by Laura Derksen from Big Planet Adventure Travel. Together we will take an in depth look at the trekking itinerary to EBC and discuss important things like health & fitness, gear requirements, accommodations, food and other general information about travel to Nepal.

Should there be enough interest, we will also discuss potential travel dates for our group to pursue this trip along with relevant costs to consider.

Nepal encompasses a large percentage of the Himalayas and along with being a premiere trekking destination, it is also home to friendly people with a unique culture and many religious and historical sights worth visiting. If you’ve ever considered taking on this challenge, here’s your opportunity to travel to Nepal and do it!
