Here is some info about the session:

The Friends of the River Valley Alliance volunteer program is a terrific opportunity to learn about our region’s most valuable natural resource and to serve our community. Through this volunteer leadership training session, the River Valley Alliance (RVA) aims to inspire citizens to become stewards of our natural areas and empower them with information that will contribute to the Capital Region’s environmental legacy.

Friends of the RVA will be invited to events, recreational opportunities and educational sessions throughout the Capital Region River Valley Park. You will be recognized for the time you spend and be offered leadership training to suit your interests.
