Itinerary:
The cost includes 2 nights accommodations at the Rundle Mission Country Cottage. The cottage has 5 bedroom suites, each with a washroom, that hosts 2 people per room and 1 room hosts 3

We can arrive anytime after 4:00 pm Friday
There is both Snowshoeing and Cross Country Skiing available with over 220 acres of land, 6 km of groomed trails as well as Pigeon Lake itself. There will be both organized trips and an opportunity to explore on your own over the weekend.
There are group cooking, dining and social areas. All food is your own responsibility. We can discuss options for potluck, carpooling, etc. Ask Lynn for more details.

Required Items to Bring:
Must have snowshoes, or X-country Ski's to attend .
Bedding, pillows, etc.
Gear and Clothing for the climate
food, etc
Warm clothing.
Bring your own bedding, or sleeping bag.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:1 Hour SE of Edmonton. Detailed directions to be provided by Lynn.

Carpool Cost: The event coordinator(s) will help you to arrange a centralized carpool if you require it, but it's not guaranteed. Please DO NOT pay your driver en route. Passengers will pay the coordinator, and he/she will distribute the money to the carpool drivers. SO PLEASE BRING CASH!!! Approximate vehicle expense for this event is $58.00 (calculated at total Km * $0.29, effective Saturday, April 20, 2024). This is based on $0.09/Km for maintenance, plus current gas price divided by 9. This cost will be multiplied by the number of carpooled cars, and divided by the number of carpool participants.

*Snowshoes and or X-Country skies are available for rental through either Totem Outfitters or MEC.

*Note: Any cancellations after the initial cut off date of Jan 2nd will not Receive thier payment back unless there is someone to fill that spot. Any refunds will be deducted the e-transfer fee.
