Itinerary:
And this is my challenge: Wake up. Grab running shoes. Move.

Now that we're sick of carols, feasts and sweets, let's return to the healthy habits that allow us to enjoy the outdoors. We'll zip by the Kinsmen for a pre-work trail run as we pretend to be star athletes (hear the crowds roar as we cross the finish line)!

Most people know the long-term benefits of exercise and nutrition... but even after 4-5 days you will have more energy, strength, better sleep, better skin and hair... Bonus: your body burns extra calories just to stay warm. FYI for the beginners: you only feel the cold for 5 minutes until we warm up then you will be stripping off even if it's -30*C See? Life is EASY!

We will run a brisk 5 - 10 km/hr, breaking off into smaller groups according to pace. We have allowed an hour for this event so even beginner runners can join our fun. Let's make this a regular date!

After you finish thinking of all the reasons not to, now just say YES!! (before you can think about what we're doing, heehee!) Don't wimp out and in 6 weeks when the rest of the world is starting to act on those 2008 resolutions, we won't have to pretend to be athletes anymore, because we already showed up one early winter morning... (roar)

See you there!
