Itinerary:

We are going to watch som exciting CIS university basket-ball and a great Alberta rivarly between the U of A bears/pandas and the U of Calgary Dinos. We will meet inside the north side doors of the Van Vilet physical education and recreation centre at 6pm. These doors are right across from the Student's Union Building (SUB).

We will leave at 6:15pm to the ticket windows upstairs just outside the doors to the main gym to purchase our tickets for the games. One ticket allows entry to both men's and women's games. The seats are not reserved and the west side has backs while the east side of the gym seats do not have backs. We will do our best to sit together as a group, but we could be a little separated. The pandas game begins at 6:30pm so we will go in and find seats. There is also concession stands which sell various sporting event snacks. i.e. hot dogs and popcorn, cold drinks. Men's game follows the women's game, usually 8:15pm.

Here is a link which shows the north area of the U of A campus. Scroll down to locate the Van Vilet Physical Education and recreation centre and click on the link. The picture on the link is the north side doors. We will meet just inside these doors. Please let me know if you require further instructions. Those taking public transportation. You would use the University station for both bus and LRT.
