Itinerary:

We will meet in the parking lot at Capilano Park at 10:45 am for registration. We will leave at 11:00 am for the hike.
The hike will last about 2 to 2.5 hrs
The pace of the walk will be quick for some with a few stops along the way.

The paved paths are largely plowed, but a section of the trail is not paved and may have deep snow - dress accordingly. Hike will go rain or shine, so to speak. Be sure to bring water and if need be, trail mix or power bars, to keep hydrated and energized during the hike.

How to Get There:

Event Directions:

To get to Capilano Park take Whitemud to 50th Street.
Turn north on to 50th St. and drive north past 109A Ave, and down the hill to the Capilano parking lot on the left hand side.
You will pass Goldbar Water Treatment Plant on the right.
If you get to the river you went too far. We will meet in the parking lot at 10:45 am and we leave on our hike at 11:00 am.
Donna drives a silver Dodge Caravan.
