PRE-REGISTRATION & PAYMENT REQUIRED: Once you've reviewed the event details, and decided you'd like to join us, you MUST sign up at the bottom of this page. After you sign up at the bottom, you will be presented with information about how to pay. Late payments are NOT accepted for this event, in any circumstance.

You are STRONGLY encouraged to read this page in its entirety before signing up. If you'd like to attend, we ask that you abide by our rules and procedures as a time/cost saving process (with an end result of keeping membership free and lower cost events).

Itinerary:

Come celebrate the beginning of the New Year with the EOC.

MEAL CHOICE

When you sign up, please indicate in the notes section your meal choice from the following options:

  • Spaghetti with choice of sauce
    • tomato
    • rich meat
    • spicy meat
    • clam sauce
    • mushroom sauce
    • browned butter and mizithra cheese)
  • Lasagna (beef, three cheeses, pasta and topped with sauce and mozzarella)
  • Penne with chicken (chicken breast, penne noodles, mushrooms, peppers and fresh tomatoes in a rich basil cream sauce)
  • Seafood linguine (bay scallops, shrimp and mushrooms in a garlic sauce)
  • Spaghetti with meatballs (and tomato sauce)
  • Veggie lasagna (four cheeses, green peppers, onions, carrots, spinach and mushrooms topped with a garlic tomato sauce)
  • Breast of chicken (with spaghetti and tomato sauce)


All meals come with classic fresh bread with whipped garlic butter, choice of crisp green salad with house dressing or Caesar salad, Spumoni ice cream, and coffee, tea or soft drink.

Alcohol beverages are not included in this package and must be paid for separately upon ordering at the restaurant.

Please drink responsibly and if you do drink, please arrange a safe way home.

PAYMENT

Cost of the meal is $20 (no donation).

$5 off if your are submitting a $20 yearly donation (optional).  Please send $35 and thanks for supporting EOC.

Please note that payments must be received by Monday, January 13, 2014.

GIFT EXCHANGE - OPTIONAL

We will do an anonymous re-gift exchange. If you wish to participate, please bring a wrapped gift ($10 - $15 value) that you don't want or need. :)

Notes:
Please indicate your meal choice in the notes section when you register.

- Registration is NOT COMPLETE until you've signed up and paid by the registration cut off date. The money must be in the EOC's possession by that date. No exceptions.
- When a minimum group size appears, this is to let you know that the event will be cancelled with refunds to those who have already paid, if the minimum number of registered participants is not met. For any events where EOC needs a minimum number of participants, there will be absolutely no refunds of money if you cancel.
- We encourage all members to follow our Etiquette Guidelines at all times while participating in EOC events.
- Please scroll through and read the entire online waiver when you sign up.
- Details of this event are subject to undergo a change at any point in time, with or without warning.

Member Cost:$20.00/Person
Cost Includes:Your meal includes bread, salad, your choice of pasta (as outlined in the itinerary), ice cream and coffee, tea or a soft drink.

Please note: As part of this event, we are giving EOC members the option of pre-paying their $20 voluntary annual donation to EOC. This would mean that you wouldn't have to fuss with toonies and loonies and spare change at events for all of 2014. And if that isn't incentive enough, if you pre-pay your donation, we'll knock $5 off the cost of your meal. If you opt for this option, please make a payment of $35.
