Itinerary:
Interested in regular hikes in parks around the city. Hawrelak, Emily Murphy, Louise Mckinney & Dawson Parks to name a few.

These hikes are about fresh air, exercise and exploration of the river valley trails. The trails this week are gravel and paved. We will explore Rundle park and take the foot bridge across to the Goldbar park trails.

Required Items to Bring:
Water
Appropriate clothing for weather conditions
Trail shoes or hiking boots
Recommended Items to Bring:

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Rundle Park is located at 2903- 113 Ave on the North bank of the North Saskatchewan River. Map
Meet at the North end of the parking lot for the Aquatic Centre.
