'Hoang Long' is a succulent Vietnamese expression for 'Bring it on'.
The Vietnamese have an elegant but simple way of cooking. Thai food is subtle and complex, hot and unique. At Hoang Long, they will try to bring you the most authentic Vietnamese and Thai cuisines as they can; using fresh herbs, the best spices and innovative ways of cooking to satisfy your acquired taste. In both cultures, food is meant for sharing. Bon Appetite!
