This event is ONLY open to those who volunteered for the Christmas Bureau events (hamper packing, hamper delivery and walk-in-days) in December 2012.

Attendees will need to add their names to the wait list and then the co-ordinator will add them to the event provided they volunteered in 2012.

The event consists of a short program (including awards and acknowledgements) and light snacks, refreshments, and plenty of door prizes.

Please note the cut-off date for event registration is one week before the event - this is to allow the organizers to confirm catering numbers.

Underground parking is available at City Hall and there are impark lots close by as well as street parking in the vicinity.
