Itinerary:
We will meet in the park & go over some basic stuff like setting your seat to the right height, adjusting your brakes, adjusting your helmet, pumping up ypur tires, shifting gears, getting on & off your bike without falling down. Then we will go far a short ride & deal with basic riding skills. You will be asked to buy a bicycle tube & basic tools to learn how to change a flat tire on next weeks class.

You, your bike & your helmet.

a leash for your dog just in case.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Find yourself at the corner of Whitemud Freeway & 50th street. Go south on 50 the street & turn right (west) into the park & make a left into the parking lot. Look in the field for one or more people with bikes.

Notes:
This is a two evening class. Only register if you are commited to come to both classes please. After class two you will be able to safely mountain bike & feel confident in your riding.
