Itinerary:
Do you want to do some backpacking this summer? Or do you just want to find out about the latest gear for the popular activity that entails strapping on all your belongings for a perfect weekend in the Alberta Rockies?

Don't miss this event - it will consist of an introduction to backpacking gear. This informative presentation will take place at Campers Village.

The staff at Campers' Village will help teach us all about backpacks, footwear, stoves, sleeping bags, etc. that we will need for backpacking trips and for backcountry trips.

We'll meet at the west-end location of Campers' Village at 5:50 p.m. and the event will get underway at 6:00 p.m.

To help you identify me, I'll be wearing the yellow EOC ball cap and you can check out my photo on the volunteer page.

Please note: A 15% discount will be offered to participants for any purchases made of regularly priced merchandise. This is only valid for purchases made the night of the event.

Recommended Items to Bring:

Notes:
Please note that this event is being offered to members of Grant MacEwan Mountain Club in addition to the Edmonton Outdoor Club. Each club has a limit of 10 participants. Therefore, those who are listed as my guests are members of the GMMC.
