Let's Celebrate Summer with a BBQ and Potluck! (8/27/2011)

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED: Once you've reviewed the event details, and decided you'd like to join us, you MUST sign up at the bottom of this page.

You are STRONGLY encouraged to read this page in its entirety before signing up. If you'd like to attend, we ask that you abide by our rules and procedures as a time/cost saving process (with an end result of keeping membership free and lower cost events).

Itinerary:

Come join the EOC at William Hawrelak Park (Picnic Shelter #2) for a BBQ and potluck plus some games to help celebrate the summer season!

You will receive two smokies (meat or veggie) and juice. Please bring an appetizer, a salad or a dessert for the potluck.

***When you register, PLEASE indicate in the "Notes" section if you would like MEAT or VEGGIE smokies. ***

Once we're done the BBQ portion of the event, we will play some games (e.g., frisbee and/or aerobie, bocce ball, etc.) Please feel free to bring games for the group to enjoy.

Required Items to Bring:
- Potluck item - appetizer/salad/dessert
- Please minimize waste by bringing your own reusable plate/bowl, cup, and utensils
- Weather appropriate clothing
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
- Small BBQ with propane (you will be reimbursed for the cost of the propane used to cook the smokies)
- Outdoor games/equipment
- Camera
