We will be playing rain or shine!

All levels welcome. Expect to play till it gets dark, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

If enough people sign up, then we will aim for 7 players on a team as per Ultimate rules. This sport is really fun and can be an excellent workout!

Check out the the link below for some basic instruction on the game, methods on throwing a frisbee, rules and different strategies. See Ultimate Handbook Website

Everyone should bring TWO T-Shirts. (a WHITE and a COLOURED) so that we can divide into two recognizable teams.

Required Items to Bring:
- TWO T-Shirts (one white, one coloured)
- Water
- Sturdy footwear
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:This is the field directly east of the McKernan/Belgravia LRT station. I will have bright orange pylons so look for the guy with pylons. I will monitor the park for any activities and worst case we may need to play on a smaller than regulation field. I hope to arrive a few minutes early and have the field already made (with pylons).
