On October 15th, Mountain Equipment Coop is hosting an Outdoor Club Night, an opportunity for us to promote our club, and get a few deals on just about everything!

Members will be given a bracelet when they arrive entitling them to a 10% discount on most of the gear in the store and 5% on bikes and boats. There will be an opportunity to ask staff members about the equipment they sell, and for more casual discussions about outdoor activities and events. Other clubs will also have displays set up, and we will be able to see what the rest of the groups are doing.

Come on down for a look at the latest clothing and equipment, and meet a new group of outdoor buddies. Pick up some new gear for winter or stock up for next year. Play with a few new toys, learn about the outdoors, chat with some new friends, and shake a few hands.

Note that you will have to have a MEC membership in order to buy anything - the cost of a lifetime membership is $5.00.
