Itinerary:
We will meet at 7:15 and leave by 7:30 sharp. Our urban hike will first take us along Saskatchewan Drive to Emily Murphy Park. We will follow the paths in the River Valley east to the Dudley Menzies (LRT) bridge. After crossing the bridge, we will following the river on the north side until we reach the Walterdale bridge. Crossing the Walterdale bridge, we will follow Fort Hill to 106 St., and work our way back to our starting place. In total, we should be walking for 1-2 hours - a good little stroll to burn a few calories on a week-night.

For those interested, we will finish our evening at O'Byrne's Pub on Whyte Avenue (10616 82 Ave.), where we will enjoy some live music, taking in their weekly Celtic jam.

Note: It will likely become dark before our hike is finished. Please don't forget to bring a flashlight or headlamp!
