Itinerary:
We will be meeting at 6:00 p.m. for introductions at Capilano Park. We will be leaving at 6:15 p.m. sharp and hiking out to through the Kinnaird Ravine towards Dawson bridge and looping back. Along the way we will encounter at least 4 sets of stairs. We will loop back to end up at Capilano Park. The trails are a combination of paved and dirt trails.

Bring your backpack for more exercise.

We will be leaving at 6:15 sharp! Please note that the hiking pace is moderate for this event and there will be stairs.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Head north on 50th street into the Capilano Park area. (Just south of the river) Instead of turning right into the Goldbar Park parking area, continue north and take the next left. You will soon hit a dead end where you can park.
