Itinerary:

The meeting time will be 6:00 pm at The Royal Glenora Overflow (small) Parking lot & will head out by 6:15 pm sharp.

This will be a *moderate* paced hike with only a few stops along the way & approximately 10-11km.

From the meeting spot in the overflow parking lot at the Royal Glenora, we will head south across the bridge, through Emily Murphy Park, Hawrelak Park, across the footbridge, up the hill and back into the river valley from the 142 St bridge, back along the river on the north side along the Victoria Park and back to the parking lot but not before we run into a set of stairs that are pleading to be climbed a couple times! This time we will do the stairs!

The terrain may be slightly snow covered, maybe slightly muddy on the hill, paths with a potential of icy sections and it may be chilly, dress appropriately.

Optional – After our hike we can go for coffee at a nearby location.

Look for Joanne driving a black and white Toyota FJ and wearing the yellow EOC cap.
