Write Up:
The instructors at Yoshinkan Karate gave an excellent lesson, covering basics such as bowing, walking (and we thought we knew how to walk!), punching, blocking and kicking. They finished off the evening with some demonstrations, including a weapons demonstration, and gave a brief history of Karate. Thanks to everyone for braving the extreme cold and coming out for a fun evening!
